'Hardcore mode' is already a thing, just login as 'Administrator' (SID 500) and run a script to shutoff all the bullshit protections (Group Policy and PowerShell debloat script)

As much as these solutions sound good a true fix requires a drastic change in corporate culture at Microsoft and an attitude shift towards their users which seems ... extremely unlikely to happen in the mildest words. No "hardcore mode" or transparency about telemetry, or removing any other anti-user behavior will last as long as the people who made these decisions and the culture that led to them stay in place.

no one should be allowed to pay thier way to exclusive installs on new hardwares.

no one should be allowed to lie, imply there is danger or crime, pay to enforce firmware based or chip/die based exclusory mechanisms.

there must be liability for destruction, modification or snooping of data or owner activities, unless explicitly initiated by owner void of coercion.

Nothing to be fixed. It's working as intended. It's a platform for Microsoft to squeeze as much data out of people as they can.
