It's sort of like adding high-octane fuel to a car. It speeds up the process. That's the main reason I would (should, but don't) avoid sugar.

Cancer loves insulin, going by the study on 60 Minutes .

A better analogy would be adding nitrous oxide , if you added high octane fuel to a car that uses regular results in less power.
