Unfortunately they don't seem to be in the EWD archives at http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/EWD/indexChron.html. So they indeed don't seem to be OCR'd.

Now that you mention it, maybe we should just turn it over to those guys to make transcriptions and host it all. :-)
