I've just dug up my Sony PRS-505 to read ebooks from gutenberg.org after it spent 10 years or more in a drawer. At times it's almost weird to think I can't click on a word to search Wikipedia for it; but OTOH it's somewhat relaxing to let go of the urge to know more.
I've got a newer Kindle, and long-pressing on a word opens up the local dictionary and/or if it has internet access, the wiki page. Great way to expand my vocabulary.
* Starship so far can't put as much tonnage in orbit as New Glenn or several other more conventional rockets. Putting "megatons" of hardware in orbit is an entirely unsolved problem.
* the ISS currently carries 250kW of solar panel and 70kW of radiators. Cooling vast amounts of hardware in orbit is ever more an unsolved problem than putting it up there.
Bwaaa an evil monopolistic empire won't get our money, that's so sad really. They're racking up tens of billions of money every quarter, we don't. I carefully do my best not to give any money to Microsoft, Google and the likes. They must be dismantled anyway.
They're a monopoly. They force me to use their shitty, ad-laden, privacy-violating services. I'll use all possible circumvention measures possible. Of course I use alternative solutions as much as possible, but it's a monopoly, remember ? Not a public service. Not a sane, competitive market.
Dismantle the GAFAM. Death to them. They're evil, imperialistic, freedom-killing machines.
